How SKUStamp actually works
Built by a UK reseller shipping hundreds of parcels a month โ every feature below exists because doing it by hand was miserable.
๐ท๏ธ One click, a whole day's labels
Every new shipping label from Vinted, Depop and eBay is collected automatically, cropped to a clean 4ร6, and combined into one print-ready PDF for your thermal printer.
Each label comes out stamped with the item's SKU โ plus order number and buyer if you want โ so picking stock is read-the-label simple. No more opening apps to work out which black jacket this parcel is.
Royal Mail, Evri, InPost โ portrait or landscape โ and every label is verified against the buyer's address before anything is stamped.
๐ Books that write themselves
The moment a label is processed, the sale lands in your ledger: date, marketplace, price, postage, fees, cost of goods and profit โ appended tidily to the spreadsheet you already use.
eBay fees come straight from eBay's official APIs โ final value fees, promoted listings, postage label costs โ to the penny, with no CSV downloads.
Sales are never booked twice, refunds are flagged loudly, and when tax season arrives your records are already done.
๐ฆ Inventory on autopilot
List an item on Vinted or Depop and it's captured into your inventory the moment you hit publish โ title, price and SKU, no retyping.
Your eBay listings sync with one click, SKU and cost of goods included.
Inventory lives in a plain CSV in your own folder โ SKUStamp appends and backs up; you can open it in Excel any time.
๐ฎ Tracking & returns, watched for you
Orders are checked against courier tracking and marked as sent automatically when the parcel starts moving.
Return labels are monitored too, so an incoming return never surprises you.
